General Service Overview (Monday / Wednesday / Friday)
- Staffing & Duration: 2 trained cleaning technicians, approximately 4 hours per visit (total of 8 labor-hours per service day).
- Cleaning Efficiency: Averaging cleaning coverage of approximately 4,000 sq. ft. per technician per hour for a total of approx 32,000 sq. ft. per service day.
First Floor (Approx. 15,921 sq. ft.):
- Main Event Floor (8,651 sq. ft.):
- Dust and wipe down all horizontal surfaces (tables, chairs, railings, counters).
- Spot clean interior windows and railings on the second-floor overlook, as visible from the main event area.
- Empty and relines trash receptacles; polish exterior surfaces of trash cans.
- Remove fingerprints and smudges from doors, door knobs, kick plates, and other high-touch surfaces.
- Behind Stage Wall (222 sq. ft.):
- Light dusting, trash pickup, and wipe down accessible surfaces.
- Back Corridor (1,140 sq. ft.):
- Sweep and mop floors thoroughly.
- Spot clean walls and doors as needed.
- Downstairs Bathrooms (337 sq. ft. each, 2 total):
- Thorough cleaning and sanitizing of toilets, urinals (including grates under urinals), sinks, counters, and fixtures.
- Clean and polish mirrors, bathroom windows, and dispensers.
- Refill paper products, hand soap, and empty trash.
- High-focus area: ensure a pristine, odor-free, and hygienic environment.
- Bathroom Hall (68 sq. ft.):
- Wipe walls, doors, and baseboards as needed. Vacuum or sweep and mop floor.
- Small Hallway Main Lobby (410 sq. ft.):
- Sweep or vacuum and mop floors.
- Spot clean walls, doors, and light fixtures.
- Main Lobby (4,595 sq. ft.):
- Dust and wipe all horizontal and decorative surfaces.
- Spot clean interior glass and doors.
- Sweep/vacuum and damp mop hard floors as needed.
- Women’s Bathroom (458 sq. ft.), Men’s Bathroom (437 sq. ft.), Family Bathroom (58 sq. ft.):
- Thorough daily bathroom protocol as above: disinfect fixtures, toilets, sinks, counters, and dispensers.
- Remove and clean grates and under grates
- Polish mirrors, remove fingerprints, ensure proper stocking of supplies.
- Small Office (140 sq. ft.):
- Dust desks, counters, and office equipment surfaces.
- Empty trash and spot clean interior glass and door handles.
Second Floor (Approx. 15,112 sq. ft.):
- Drivers Lounge (4,260 sq. ft. includes Green Rooms):
- High-level cleanliness: Dust all surfaces, including tables, chairs, shelves.
- Vacuum or sweep and mop floors.
- Spot clean interior windows, remove fingerprints, and ensure the lounge maintains a pristine, welcoming environment.
- Periodic cleaning of green/make-up rooms as needed.
- Patio (1,664 sq. ft.):
- Sweep debris from flooring.
- Wipe down railings and any outdoor furniture.
- Conference Rooms (2 @ 382 sq. ft. each):
- Dust tables, chairs, and AV equipment.
- Vacuum floors, empty trash, and spot clean doors / glass / walls.
- Back Hallway (195 sq. ft.):
- Sweep/mop floors, wipe walls and door frames as needed.
- Men’s Bathroom (379 sq. ft.), Women’s Bathroom (449 sq. ft.):
- Full bathroom clean and disinfect as described for first-floor restrooms.
- Event Space (6,780 sq. ft.):
- Dust and wipe down all horizontal surfaces, furnishings, and décor.
- Vacuum or sweep floors and spot mop as needed.
- Clean interior windows and railings.
Stairwells (Approx. 1,610 sq. ft.):
- Back Staircase by SIM Room (650 sq. ft.):
- Sweep and mop steps and landings.
- Wipe down handrails, remove scuff marks from walls.
- Stairs by Elevator/Lounge (800 sq. ft.):
- Sweep and mop steps.
- Clean and polish handrails and remove fingerprints.
- Main Stairwell (160 sq. ft.):
- Sweep and mop steps.
- Wipe down handrails and check for debris.
Additional Focus Areas
- Glass Railings & Interior Windows: Regular spot cleaning to remove fingerprints, smudges, and streaks for a pristine appearance.
- Elevators: Wipe and disinfect elevator buttons, track vacuuming, polish stainless steel surfaces, and spot clean doors for a professional, sanitary experience.
- Owners Lounge & Bar Area: Special attention to maintaining a high-standard of cleanliness, including wiping down bar counters, seating areas, and ensuring floors and surfaces are spotless.
Kitchen/Back Corridor: Floor mopping and sanitation as needed to prevent buildup of grime and ensure a safe, hygienic path.
