Scope of Services:
- Comprehensive Debris Removal:
- Remove all event-related trash, including confetti, spilled food, beverages, and other materials.
- Dispose of any vomit or other human waste following proper sanitization protocols.
- Thorough Surface Sanitation:
- Wipe down and disinfect all tables, chairs, counters, railings, and other high-touch surfaces.
- Clean interior glass surfaces, removing fingerprints and smudges.
- Floor Restoration:
- Vacuum and/or sweep all floors, paying special attention to corners and under furniture.
- Mop and deep-clean flooring to remove sticky residues or stains.
- Bathroom Deep Clean:
- Disinfect all restroom fixtures: toilets, urinals (including grates), sinks, dispensers, and counters.
- Scrub and sanitize bathroom floors and walls.
- Grates must be cleaned under urinals
- Polish mirrors, restock paper products and soap, and ensure fresh scent and cleanliness.
- Detailing & Touch-Ups:
- Clean and polish trash cans and receptacles.
- Wipe down door knobs, door frames, and kick plates.
- Inspect and clean elevators, stairwells, and corridors.
- Report any damages or maintenance needs discovered post-event.
